Calacatta Family

CALACATTA FRANCHI marble is a precious natural stone extracted from the Bettogli quarries and synonymous with modernity. Its ivory core is ingrained with serpentine dove-gray veins which create a soft, sophisticated appearance. The neutral shades of this marble can be easily combined with marbles of other colours, from brown to something more colourful. There may be fragments of pyrite inside, distinguishing its origin like a fingerprint. With its fine grain and calcareous backbone, Calacatta is ideal for indoor use for floors or walls, bathroom and kitchen fittings, and also for design finishings.

Bianco Carrara & Gioia

GIOIA marble is one of the Apuan marble industry’s most prestigious. Extracted in the historic Gioia basin, its unique characteristics and particular texture are distinguished by small spots dispersed on the slab’s surface, giving it the name "Dalmatian" in reference to its "spotted coat". The marble’s cloudy background has shades of light grey that fade into the purest white. Its patterned and elegant design makes it ideal for both floors and walls in classic and modern settings.

Zebrino

ZEBRINO marble is one of the most unique stones extracted from Carrara’s marble basin, in the Apuan quarries of Bettogli. This marble’s colour ranges from black to white, with veins that run along its surface in an unexpectedly parallel way, accompanied by intermediate shades which can include green, beige, or cream. At times, very thin small veins seem to join the horizontal stripes. When cut in the opposite direction, it shows a mirrored butterfly design, ideal for unique creations.

Bardiglio

BARDIGLIO marble is known for its typical bluish grey or light cerulean colour. One of the natural stones extracted from the Apuan marble basin of Carrara, it has been famous since ancient times for its combination with white marble, especially in the typical checkerboard floors with alternating grey and white tiles. Its uniform core is criss-crossed by thin white veins that create an orderly design. At times these veins will have a bluish colour and create more pronounced designs. This marble is perfect for floors and walls in various finishes.
