Graduated in Philosophy at the Catholic University of Milan and specialized in Psychology at the State University of Milan.

Since 2001 she has been committed to developing corporate governance in Italy, in 2004 she conceived and founded Nedcommunity, the Association of Non Executive Directors of Listed Companies.

He is a member of the Aidaf Board of Directors and a member of the De Agostini Group Family Advisory Board. She founded and is President of “Fuori quota”: Non-Executive Women Association and Executive Directors in listed companies.

He currently holds the position of Senior Advisor Governance Practice at Key2People, is a member of the Banca d’Italia Milano Board of Regency, Vice President of the ATM Foundation, senior Mentor for Mentors4u and member of the Colao Relaunch Italy Committee.
